Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT) the industry interface organization of IIT Delhi is looking for young, creative, enthusiastic people with some experience in following areas as Executive Associates:
1. Documentation and Communication
2. Business Development
3. Entrepreneurship Development

Roles:
1. Documentation and Communication: Plan, implement and manage documentation and communication activities; information collection and reporting, content management of FITT website and other communication media.
2. Business Development Market programmes and services of FITT; identify opportunities; develop and support partnership with industry (including corporate membership) and assist in technology transfer.
3. Entrepreneurship Development Assist in business incubation and techno-entrepreneurship programmes; network with experts and funding entities, conduct awareness workshops etc.

Background:
Applicants should hold relevant qualifications (Graduate/Post-graduate) in technical, management, communication etc. disciplines.
Applicants should have experience of working (at least 3 years) in a university affiliate, corporate or a development organization with a scientific focus and good understanding of academic environment.
All posts require excellent communication skills.

Compensation:
Consolidated upto Rs.40,000/- pm depending on qualification / experience. The positions are for one year. Excellent performance shall ensure renewal / consideration for regular absorption at the Foundation. Higher compensation can be considered for those experienced professionals who have demonstrated such multi-tasking / complementary capabilities and have worked in similar organizations.
